How to apply
Wrap the ends of the floss around the pointer fingers of both hands, then insert it gently into the spaces between your teeth.
Move the floss between your teeth using a gentle rubbing motion, curving it against one tooth until it reaches the gum line. Slide it carefully between the tooth and the gum.
Hold the floss firmly against the tooth and rub it up and down along the tooth's surface. Continue this until you reach the back side of the last tooth. Use a new section of floss if plaque accumulates.
