3. Order Cancellation

  1. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The 14-day period begins from when you receive the goods.
  2. If you cancel, AGORATOPIA will refund your payments, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving notice of your cancellation. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

4. Returns Policy

  1. You may return unwanted goods for a full refund within 14 days. Some items, such as personalized goods or perishable items, cannot be returned for health or safety reasons.
  2. Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with a completed returns form. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

5. Payment Methods

  1. We accept payment in Euros (€) only. Visit our Payment page for accepted payment methods.
  2. AGORATOPIA is not liable for any data security breaches if you send payment information via email.
  3. We do not accept cash, checks, or gift vouchers as payment online or over the phone.

6. Pricing Policy

  1. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT, where applicable.
  2. AGORATOPIA reserves the right to change prices and offers at any time.
  3. If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you to reconfirm or cancel your order. If unable to contact you, the order will be canceled.

7. Product Availability

Products on the website are carefully selected for online shopping. Once an item is sold out, it will be removed from the site. If items are out of stock or delayed, we will contact you via the email or phone number provided at the time of ordering.

8. Delivery Information

  1. Delivery times are estimates and subject to availability, payment authorization, and peak times. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
  2. Delivery costs are based on weight, destination, and will be displayed during checkout.

9. Hampers and Gift Boxes

  1. Hampers and Gift Boxes cannot be delivered with non-hamper items. Orders for Christmas should be placed by December 1st for international destinations, and December 20th for Cyprus.

  1. AGORATOPIA reserves the right to modify the website, including correcting or updating information. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial use of the website is prohibited.

11. Liability and Indemnity
