How to apply

Dissolve the contents of one packet (equivalent to a daily serving) in approximately 150-200ml of non-carbonated water or fruit juice, and consume it with or after a meal every day. Additionally, take the brown capsules (containing omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, and trace elements) and the white capsule with lactic acid bacteria cultures. You can choose different mealtimes throughout the day for the daily serving.
For best results, take the contents of a sachet along with a lactic acid bacterial culture capsule, preferably individually, with a generous amount of liquid after a meal.
