His most significant achievements in niche perfumery are with Diptyque’s L’Eau series, where his creations like L’Eau de Neroli and Vetyverio have become iconic.

He was known for his talent in 'sculpting' raw materials into sophisticated scents that balance traditional techniques with contemporary innovation.
