Yann Vasnier
Yann Vasnier, born and raised in the scenic countryside of Brittany, France, discovered his passion for scents amidst his family's lush gardens. His early fascination with fragrance was further ignited by visits to the Divine house in Dinard. Determined to transform his love for scent into a career, Vasnier channeled his academic efforts into passing the perfumer’s exam. His dedication led him to Quest International (now part of Givaudan) and to the prestigious ISIPCA in Versailles, where he trained under the legendary Francoise Caron.
Vasnier’s career is distinguished by his innovative spirit and sophisticated style. Known for his adventurous approach, he has explored diverse creative avenues, including collaborations with high-profile fashion designers and artists. His unique blend of analytical precision and artistic intuition has resulted in memorable and modern fragrances. Notably, his work includes iconic scents for Marc Jacobs, such as Lola and Bang, which have reshaped the fragrance market.
