For returns of products ordered from the Agoratopia website, you can initiate the return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date. However, please be aware of the following conditions:

  • Return costs won’t be refunded, except for faulty items, where we’ll promptly refund the shipping costs upon confirmation.
  • Specify whether you want an exchange for the returned goods or a refund for your order.
  • For items received as gifts, only merchandise exchanges are offered. You can exchange the item for one or more different items, as long as their combined value matches the original gift’s full value.

Important Information About Returns and Refunds

While we strive to offer a great selection of products, some items have specific return conditions due to their nature. Here’s a breakdown:

  • Made-to-measure, or personalized products: Due to their unique nature, returns for these items may be limited. However, we encourage you to contact us if you have any concerns. We may be able to offer solutions on a case-by-case basis.
  • Fragrances: We kindly ask you to return the fragrances unopened,  and unused; otherwise, the product may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Opened or used beauty products, cosmetics, and makeup: Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items in these categories.

Yes, please ensure to return the free gift before we process your refund or replacement. Customers returning from outside Cyprus are kindly requested to cover return shipping costs.
