Confronted with the challenge of capturing an essence-less flower, Ernest displayed his virtuosity in reconstituting the cherished scent using alternative ingredients. Released in 1927 as Les Pois de Senteur de chez Moi, a nod to Félicie's humor, the fragrance exemplifies Ernest's artistry—a masterpiece born from technique in service of vision.
